📦 ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does shipping take? We offer two shipping options for custom and personalized orders:
- Standard Shipping (USPS): Free — arrives in 11–24 business days (7–12 days production + 4–12 days shipping)
- Express Shipping (FedEx): $28 — arrives in 10–20 business days (7–12 days production + 3–8 days shipping)
Ready-made items from our Cherished Everyday collection ship within 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! Standard shipping is free on all custom orders. We also offer free standard shipping on ready-made orders over $50.
Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon!
💍 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
How do I personalize my jewelry? Simply select your item, enter your custom details (name, photo, or text) in the box provided on the product page, and we'll take care of the rest!
Can I see a preview before my order is made? For most custom orders a digital preview is not available, however we carefully craft every piece to match exactly what you entered at checkout.
What if I made a typo in my personalization? Please contact us immediately at hello@shopcherished.com. Once an order goes into production we are unable to make changes, so double check your details before placing your order!
🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my order? Due to the personalized nature of custom orders — including name plates, photo necklaces, name bracelets and other personalized pieces — all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances except as outlined below.
Please double check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer at checkout.
✨ READY-MADE ORDERS
All ready-made jewelry purchases from our Cherished Everyday are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do? We're so sorry! Please email us at hello@shopcherished.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage and we'll make it right immediately.
💳 PAYMENTS
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Is my payment information secure? Absolutely. All transactions are processed through Shopify's secure encrypted checkout. We never store your payment information.
