Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

📋 ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All purchases made at Cherished & Co. are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order has been placed. By completing your purchase you agree to this policy.

💍 CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders — including name plates, photo necklaces, name bracelets and other personalized pieces — all custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances except as outlined below.

Please double check all personalization details before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors entered by the customer at checkout.

✨ READY-MADE ORDERS

All ready-made jewelry purchases from our Cherished Everyday are also final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.

📦 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We stand behind the quality of every piece we sell. If your item arrives damaged or defective we will make it right!

To report a damaged or defective item:

  1. Email us at hello@shopcherished.com within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include your order number
  3. Attach a clear photo of the damage or defect
  4. We will review your claim and respond within 24–48 hours

Approved claims will receive either a replacement item or store credit at our discretion.

❌ THE FOLLOWING ARE NOT COVERED:

  • Damage caused by improper care or wear
  • Normal wear and tear over time
  • Lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • Incorrect personalization details entered by the customer
  • Change of mind or accidental orders

📦 LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Cherished & Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package please:

  1. Check with neighbors and building management
  2. Contact your local post office or carrier
  3. File a claim directly with USPS or FedEx

⏰ ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Custom orders go into production immediately and ready-made orders are processed right away. Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.
