📦 ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom and personalized orders require an additional 7–12 business days for production before shipping.

Custom & Personalized Orders (Cherished & Custom collection):

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon!

Once your order ships you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

- Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
- Cherished & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped.
- Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once shipped.
